Perfect for homeschool groups, speech and debate clubs, mom's day out groups and so much more!
frame-worthy school portraits
A simple backdrop with beautiful, soft light puts all the focus on the child's face and personality.
Portraits don't have to be stiff, awkward or forced.
Hello there!
My name is Jennifer and I'm a portrait photographer serving the St. Louis, MO area. I want to give you a fun, stress-free photo day experience that results in gorgeous images your parents will cherish for years to come. Sound too good to be true? I don't think so!
Forget everything you know about the traditional portrait experience. No cheesy backdrops, fake smiles, or confusing "package deals." Parents get to see photos before they order and only pay for the ones they love!
I take care of the organizing and planning. You will have three main responsibilities:
School photo day can be fun!
1) Promoting photo day to your school or group. 2) Providing a space for photo day to take place. 3) Distributing print orders to parents (I will package and organize print orders).
working with me
Step One: Register your event
Click on the button below to fill out a short form with your contact info. You'll receive an automated response with more details on how photo events are run. When you're ready to move forward, we'll get your event on the calendar.
01.
Step Two: Promote your event
I'll provide a flyer that you can e-mail to parents, or print to display or distribute to your group.
02.
Step Three: Scheduling Sessions
If you don't have a class structure (like homeschool groups, for example), parents will schedule their photo sessions through a dedicated page on my website.
03.
Step Four: Getting Ready
I'll share my "getting ready" guide to help parents prepare for photo day.
04.
Step Five: Photo Day!
I work hard to make this a fun experience for everyone involved. Each session lasts just 5 minutes or less. I will gently guide children into different poses while we chat, laugh, and create beautiful photos, with genuine, natural expressions.
05.
Step Six: Photo Delivery
I will edit the best 3-5 photos of each child in color and black & white. Parents receive a link to a password-protected gallery where they can purchase digitals and order prints. I will place one large order for the entire group after two weeks. I will package and organize the orders and deliver them for you to distribute.

Thank you!
I truly want your photo experience to be stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you for considering me to photograph your special memories! Please contact me if you have any questions.

- Complimentary teacher and staff photos for school and teacher use.

Siblings
Special scheduling for sibling photos available on request.
location & Setup
Your school or group will need to provide an indoor space for the photo event to take place. I use my own artificial lighting so the space you provide does not need to have a window. I will need to be able to turn off overhead lights.
VOlunteers
It is helpful if one or two parent volunteers can assist during photo day. If that isn't possible, I will plan to bring my own helpers.
donations
10% of my profit is donated back to your school or group!
insurance
I maintain liability insurance for my business and can extend a certificate of coverage for schools, venues and events.
